All applicants are required to complete a pet profile through our third-party screening service, PetScreening, as part of the application process. This applies to all residents — whether you have a pet, have no pets, or are requesting an accommodation for an assistance animal.

Pet Fees

One-time pet move-in fee: $200 per pet, due at lease commencement or at the time of pet move-in Monthly pet rent: $40 per pet Maximum 2 pets per unit, with prior approval

Restricted Breeds

The following breeds are not permitted at Skyles Apartments: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes.

Any animal displaying aggressive behavior — regardless of breed — may be required to be removed, and continued violations may result in lease termination.
